 Excellent shoe - wished it fit, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mizuno Men's Wave Cabrakan 3 Running Shoe (Apparel) I bought these because I love the fit and feel of my Mizuno Wave Alchemy 10s - narrow heel, snug midfoot, wider toe box. But these do not fit the same - they are more rectangular, more narrow in the toes and a little more volume in the midfoot/instep area. They are true to length, and about a C-D width overall. If this works for you, then do no hesitate - pick them up now! They have a fantastic balance between cushion and firmness, and a seriously rugged outsole. I did not get a chance to use them on the trails (returned unused) but I have no doubt they would have functioned very well.
