They are super flexible, lightweight and breathable. I was considering getting the Nike Free Run+ shoes but once I saw and felt the weight of these I was sold on them. I felt that I could more easily run at a faster pace in these shoes. I also noticed that a few more muscles in my legs are being used because of the flexibility. At first, I was a little hesitant about the shoes, although I had read great reviews on Amazon. I wasn't sure the shoes would hold up well on asphalt, due to the light construction. Boy, was I wrong, the shoes performed great. I run almost exclusively on city streets. I was really surprised at the comfort and how the shoes give, allowing for your legs and knees to absorb shock and impact rather easily. Great shoes, performs very well. |
